[Chimera-users] join DNA base pairs

Dear Urszula,
If you just wanted to add a bond, you can use the “bond” command, for example “bond sel” if you have selected the two atoms,

…or the Build Structure tool (in menu under Tools… Structure Editing), the Adjust Bonds section
