[Chimera-users] Electron density maps

Hello Luis,
MTZ files contain crystallography data, but not in the form of a density map. Chimera doesn't read or convert MTZ.  You would need to use another program to do the conversion to a density map; see this previous post for more details:

Unfortunately the third link in that post is now broken.  I don't know if there is a newer URL for that web server.
