[Chimera-users] merging 2 pdb files

Hi, Adrian.

The easiest way is to use a text editor. Just concatenate the two files
together and replace the "END" record from the first file with a "TER"
record. Chimera should be able to open the combined file.

If you want to do it from within Chimera, use the "combine" command (see
http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/UsersGuide/midas/combine.html for
details) and then use the File->Save PDB... menu to save the resulting
model.
