[Chimera-users] Chimera Sequence alignment window

Hi Meginir,
	For even fancier markup you may want to use ESPript (http://espript.ibcp.fr/ESPript/ESPript/).  I intend to implement such markups directly in Chimera's alignment window, but have only implemented a fraction of them so far.
