[Chimera-users] vrml lighting

Hi Matt,

  Yes the VRML lighting is handled differently in Chimera than lighting for molecules and density maps.  As I mentioned before, our VRML implementation is very limited.  I guess this includes bad lighting, but I haven’t seen examples.  You may want to send an image so we know just what you mean by “lighting drops off”.  I have certainly seen many examples in the past where VRML transparency in Chimera looks very bad.
