[Chimera-users] Can't open the CASTp site

One very minor correction and a clarification.

(a) "sts" not "std", e.g., change all occurrences of "sts-fw.bioengr" to "cast.engr"

(b) the link to the CASTp website would now be <http://cast.engr.uic.edu/castp/index.php>
