[Chimera-users] ellipsoid main axis alignment ?

Hi Hugo,

  Your question has come up before.  If it is not convenient to use the rotation axis / angle solution I suggested, I can add an option to the shape command so that you can specify your principle axes A,B,C and the code will simply apply that transform to the shape (ie. multiply the 3 by 3 matrix which has A,B,C vectors as the 3 columns).  Let me know if you want that.
