[Chimera-users] Query related to chimera downloading

Hi,

This baffles me since Chimera downloading uses pretty basic web 
technology.  When does the "insufficient permission" error appear?  Is 
it when you try to view the download page 
(http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimera/download.html), when you click on the 
1.8.1 link on the download page, or when you click on the license 
agreement page?  Also, can you send the actual error message verbatim?
