[Chimera-users] Change line width of stick representation?

Hi Amy,
There is a molecule-model attribute "stickScale" (default 1) that is multiplied by each individual bond's "bond radius" (default 0.2 Angstroms) to generate the stick thickness. Changing the latter allows different bonds in the same structure to have different widths, but if you are fine with all the sticks having the same thickness, just change stickScale.

Molecule-model attributes can be changed in at least 3 ways: 
(A) with command setattr, e.g.: setattr m stickScale .5
(B) in the Selection Inspector (select any atom or bond, click green magnifying glass at bottom right corner of Chimera window to open inspector, inspect "Molecule model" and change the "stick scale" value
(C) in the molecule model attributes (menu: Favorites... Model Panel, doubleclick the model name in the left side of the model panel to show the attributes dialog, change "stick scale" value)
