[Chimera-users] save map with the adjusted threshold

Hi Moumita,
Just saving a map file won't do it, but you can save a Chimera session file (and later restore it, of course). You have to keep the map file too, but the session file has other information like threshold and color. Session save/restore are in the File menu, or you can use commands. Details here:
