[Chimera-users] Colors of van der Waals speheres

Hi Rosa,
The spheres are the atoms, just assign the atoms (=spheres) the desired colors with the Actions... Color menu or the "color" command.
You might want to take a look at some of the tutorials for learning Chimera, like Getting Started:
