Hi Jim,
I don't know of a way to output Euler angles, but you can save the transformation matrix of a model to a file using the command "matrixget" and later apply the saved matrix using the command "matrixset."

As mentioned in that "saving after fitting" link I sent before, another possibility is to just save a Chimera session. It won't help to save the MRC file; if it's not resampled you would just be saving another copy of your original map.
