[Chimera-users] Three suggestions

Hi Antoine,
I don't disagree, just wanted to mention in regards to #2 that you might consider using "alias" ... it can serve similar purposes to named selections, and there is a ~alias command for forgetting previously created aliases:

Although one possible use is to create shorter commands that do something, and that appear in an Aliases menu, another possible use is to refer to sets of atoms with your own names (e.g.  to refer to a set of important residues, or give different names to different domains, etc.).  I often use it in this manner.

I'm guessing that many people use named selections in Chimera because of Pymol "selections," but (in my opinion) Chimera aliases are the logical equivalent.
