Hi Geoerge,
You can save images at essentially any size and resolution that you want, using menu File... Save Image or command "copy," see:

If you meant you wanted to add a water box, see Tools... Structure Editing... Solvate:
<http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/ContributedSoftware/solvate/solvate.html>
