Hi Vamsee,
Command "help set" will show you the "set" manual page -- the option is "set silhouetteColor" e.g.
set silhouetteColor hot pink
set silhouetteColor 0,.8,.7
However, there is only one silhouette color for everything: you can't use a different color for different models or representations. You might be able to fake having two different colors by using the selection outline. You can change the selection outline color in the Preferences (under Favorites in menu), category: Background.
