[Chimera-users] pipes and planks

Dear Ishu,
You probably just need to get Chimera 1.7 (daily build or snapshot). PipesAndPlanks has been improved significantly since the production release (1.6).  The newer versions are available here:

<http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimera/download.html#snapshots>

If you use the Help menu, it should match your downloaded version pretty well.  If you view the manual on the web, it might be for a different version than what you have downloaded.
