[Chimera-users] Trajectories, movies and multi-scale models

Hi Evan,

   A multi-scale model won't update during a trajectory.  I suggest 
making each chain surface with the molmap command (e.g. molmap #0:.A 5 
grid 1 model #10 ; volume #10 color pink).  Put the 12 commands in a 
file and run it on each frame of the trajectory as it is played using 
the MD Movie dialog menu Per-Frame / Define Script... or use the 
perframe command.
