[Chimera-users] Any option for terminating minimization without losing prior iterations?

Hi Thomas,
There is no "restart" if you interrupt the minimization, but you will still have the coordinates of the last update (you don't lose everything). The calculation runs on your own computer. You can see the minimization help by clicking the Help button on the GUI, or using command "help minimize".
