[Chimera-users] Movie with multiple models

Hi Desiree,
We understand it can take a while to get up to speed -- Chimera has a lot of stuff in it!

You can use the volume command to change the display style of the map (also contour levels, colors ...), e.g.:

vol #0 style mesh level 20 color goldenrod

You could use the modeldisplay and ~modeldisplay commands to show/hide the crystal structures.
