[Chimera-users] Re-order models in function of their rmsd regarding a given structure

Hi JD,
I've attached a script that, if you reference model is open as model
#0, will print out the other models to the reply log in RMSD order
relative to the reference. The script is pretty lazy in that it
doesn't check that the models have the same number of atoms in the
same order, so ensuring that is up to you...
