Hi Justin

   I put a fly-through movie example (rotavirus polymerase fly-through)
in the Chimera animation gallery

     http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimera/animations/animations.html

and I made a video showing all the steps in Chimera I used to make that
movie

If you have further questions after checking that out, post them.

I'm far more biochemist than computer scientist, so I'm hoping to find material that will allow me to learn from the basics.
