Hi Vamsi,
Here is the documentation of the Chimera interface to Modeller:

<http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/ContributedSoftware/multalignviewer/modeller.html>

that page also links to a discussion of how to get the necessary inputs,

<http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/ContributedSoftware/multalignviewer/multalignviewer.html#approaches>

However, if you have never used Chimera, you may need to spend at least a little time learning how to use it to view structures and sequences. There are several tutorials
<http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/UsersGuide/frametut.html>

including an expanded "getting started" tutorial on the web:
<http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/Outreach/Tutorials/GettingStarted.html>
