Chimera 1.5 daily build downloads are included in the download page.  You have to scroll down to the "Daily Builds" section, or click the "Daily Builds" link at the top to go directly to that section (or just click here):

"alpha" is whatever is not yet an official release, so yes, right now the "alpha" downloads are version 1.5.
