I'm guesstimating that your question means "Can I start Chimera from a
terminal window and type commands and see replies there?". If not,
please elaborate. The answer to the latter question is yes. The
ReadStdin tool allows Chimera to read commands from standard input and
write replies to standard output. You would usually use the "--start"
Chimera flag to get ReadStdin to execute at Chimera startup.
