[Chimera-users] Defining planes & Thermal ellipsoids

Hi Elaine,

Thanks for the help! Everything works fine now, I just forgot to hit  
enter after entering the probability. I was also wondering if the ring  
fill color and transparency be changed independent of the rest of the  
molecule?
