Hi Lalit,
Yes, there is a "worms" representation, where the fatness of the worm can be used to show values of any numerical residue property. Some examples of residue properties: average bfactor, amino acid hydrophobicity, conservation in a sequence alignment, RMSD at that position within an NMR ensemble.
Worms can be displayed using the "Render by Attribute" tool (under Tools... Depiction in the menu).
