Hi Hanzhong,
	"ksdssp" is a Chimera command, not a Python command.  Therefore in  
the script dialog you have to have "Interpret script as" (upper left  
part of the dialog) set to "Chimera commands" to use ksdssp.  You must  
have had it set to "Python" instead.
