On a related note, to make the Space Navigator work with the 64-bit Mac
Chimera (daily build) you need a recent 3dconnexion driver (1.6.0, March
16, 2010 or newer) since only recent drivers include 64-bit support.
I've tested it on my Mac OS 10.6.3 system and Space Navigator in Chimera
is working.
