[Chimera-users] Chimera slow on Win 7 64-bit system

Hi Wen,
The slow ribbon and atom rendering must be a graphics driver issue.
Surfaces use different OpenGL calls for rendering allowing them to be
fast. You can try updating your graphics driver. If you have the most
recent you could try poking around with graphics driver settings that
trade of speed and quality.
We don't have a 64-bit Windows Chimera. Only 64-bit Linux Chimera is
available. We'll probably put out a 64-bit Mac Chimera in about 6
months and 64-bit Windows Chimera in about 1 year.
