[Chimera-users] how to link three EM confirmations in morph map

Hi Chris,
In Morph Map dialog only allows morphing between two maps. But the
"vop morph" command (new in Chimera 1.4, get release candidate) can
morph between any number of maps:
http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/UsersGuide/midas/vop.html#morph
The command would look like
vop morph #0,1,2 constantVolume true model #5
This morphs from map #0 to #1 to #2. The "constantVolume true" option
means to adjust the contour level so the enclosed volume stays constant.
The "model #5" just gives the number for the map that the command
creates. It is useful to specify that so that if you run the command
again it simply reuses that map instead of creating another copy. There
are more options to control how fine the steps should be, scale factors,
how many frames (bounces back and forth 0->1->2->1->0 if more frames are
given), and others in the manual page listed above.
