Hi Kshatresh,
There are options for those in FindHBond. If you are using the
FindHBond graphical interface,
<http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/ContributedSoftware/findhbond/findhbond.html
 >
just click the square next to "H-bond color" to set the color, and
change the "Line width" number.

If you are using the "findhbond" (or "hbonds") command,
<http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/UsersGuide/midas/hbonds.html>
just use the "color" and "lineWidth" keyword options.

If you already had the H-bond lines and don't want to calculate them
again, you can also change these things afterward: in the main menu
choose "Tools... General Controls... PseudoBond Panel" and in the
resulting dialog, click "hydrogen bonds" on the left and then
"attributes..." on the right. Another window with the settings will
appear, and you can change them there.

Best,
Elaine
