[Chimera-users] Question regarding saving PDB in Chimera

Hi Marie,

   To save your Chimera session including the fit position use File / 
Save Session As....  Later you can open that session in Chimera to get 
back to where you were.

   To save an image use File / Save Image....

   But if you want to save the fit coordinates so they can be used in 
other software then you should use File / Save PDB... and save relative 
to the EM map you fit into.
