[Chimera-users] copy in a file the distance on the screen

Dear Users,
When analyzing a trajectory file, I would like to monitor a distance
(or series of distances) and save it to a file for each frame (getting
a time series). I can do it but the values remain on the screen only!
I am sure there is a simple script for making this.
