MD Movie plays trajectories, which results in the implicit assumption  
that the atoms and bonds don't change between frames (which also  
allows for much less memory use).  So it is naturally not going to  
work for a series of marker sets where presumably the atoms (markers)  
and bonds (connections) vary each frame.
