[Chimera-users] Error when fetching pdb by ID

The pdb fetching is done with a web page request, so port 80.  If your web 
browser works (Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari, etc.), then look to see 
how it is configured.  If you're using a HTTP proxy server, then you need 
to tell chimera that in the "Web Access" Preferences (don't forget to Save 
your settings).  Other possibilities include DNS problems (but that should 
affect the web browser too) and software that individually firewalls 
applications.
