In general, the colors you observe on the screen will be different on
different computers. If you want them to be the the same, you need to use
the the same monitor in the same ambient light conditions. Even two
different monitors of the same model give different results.
To improve the color consistency of your monitors, you need to calibrate
them using a colorimeter. See the wikipedia articles on color
mananagement[1] and color calibration[2] for more information. Using a
color management system and color profiles helps match colors when you
print too.
