[Chimera-users] Pointers to writing extensions in chimera

I would start with the online documentation for programming and extensions 
w/ Chimera:

http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/ProgrammersGuide/Examples/

Then, the Chimera source itself is an excellent resource.  Though 
documentation can be scant, you can often find tricks in existing 
extension code that may not have been obvious from the docs.
