[Chimera-users] essential dynamics

Hello all,

I have done a pca analysis using ptraj program of amber. I want to view the result of the same. Is there any that i can do it with chimera. I am aware that it can be down analyzed vmd. But i am more comfortable with chimera and i would be happy to perform the analysis in chimera if i can.
