[Chimera-users] using a marker file to zone a volume from python prompt

Hi Jeff,

   I forgot to mention that to run the volumezone.py script without 
display the Chimera user interface you would invoke it from a shell:

	% chimera --nogui volumezone.py

The --nogui flag tells Chimera not to start any graphical user interface.
