[Chimera-users] transparency at the command line

It so happens that I implemented this on Friday at the behest of
another user who was also trying to make a movie! So as a stopgap
measure until our next release, I've made it available on the
Experimental Features page:
http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimera/experimental/experimental.html
