[Chimera-users] Different colors for individual chains within a model

Hi Saul,
You can use whatever colors you like with the rainbow command, see:

(all of the built-in color names are shown under Actions... Color...  
all colors)

There is also a Rainbow graphical interface; it too allows the coloring  
scheme to be changed.  Open that tool (Tools... Depiction... Rainbow),  
set it to "chain."  Clicking on a square color well opens the Color  
Editor, in which a color can be chosen interactively.  Man page for the
