The only time I have seen something that produces that kind of image is 
when the the chimera window is obscured for part of the time the image was 
being created -- you need to keep all other windows below the chimera 
window when it is printing.  But it unclear if that is the bug in this 
case.  Please use the "Report a Bug" dialog available from the chimera 
Help menu and attach a session file.  That way we will get more 
information about your system (graphics card and OS version), and the 
session file that should reproduce the bug.  I'd also be curious of 
earlier versions of chimera exhibit the same bug on your hardware -- I 
would expect them to fail the same way because that code has not changed, 
but it always helps to check.  Multiple versions of chimera can coexist, 
so you do not need to remove chimera before installing an older version 
(install in a different location though!).
