Hi Mateusz,

How to install Python packages into Chimera is answered in the hard to 
find Programmer's FAQ, 
http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/chimera/docs/ProgrammersGuide/faq.html#q3b. On 
Windows, you could do it by creating a shortcut and editing its 
properties, but it would be easier to mimic Linux and use a shell, like 
the Command Prompt application or a cygwin terminal.

I see that the FAQ entry is very terse, so I will expand it a bit.  
Please ask more questions if it doesn't make sense.
