Hi Shujian,
I'm not sure what your situation is, meaning why you are using multiple sessions or how they are different from each other... but here are some things that may be useful:
(1) you can have more than one instance of Chimera running at a time
(2) you can have many models in the same Chimera session, and if there are too many to view all at the same time, any subset of the models can be hidden, for example with the "Shown" checkboxes in the Model Panel.
(3) a fairly new feature in daily builds is that you can save and restore "scenes" which are different positions and display settings of your set of models, and you could have multiple scenes in one session (see command: scene). An older feature is that you can save and restore "positions" which include model and clipping plane positions (see commands: savepos, reset).
Some other things like session thumbnail images (to help you identify the one you want) have been discussed, but not implemented. I hope this helps,
