[chimera-dev] adding commands

I added an example ("Adding Command-line Commands") to Chimera's  
programmer examples describing how to add your own commands to  
Chimera's command-line interpreter.  The functionality described in the  
example will not be available until the next Chimera release, in 2-6  
weeks.  The programming examples are at
