The current version of Chimera (12/02; build 1602) doesn't have the
capability to prepare an ms file suitable for DOCK, though we
anticipate that capability being in the next release (~ 3/03). You
don't actually need Chimera or Midas to make the ms file, since we
distribute a program (dms) capable of making the file. You can
download dms from http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/Overview/software.html .

If you are going to use DOCK, you should investigate Chimera, because
it includes a tool (ViewDock) specifically dedicated to examining DOCK
results.
