One of our research topics is the development of the bioinformatics/statistics methods for simultaneous clustering of protein sequences and analysis of functionally important positions. Our first publication on topic is available from bioinformatics: Bayesian search of functionally divergent protein subgroups and their function specific residues http://bioinformatics.oxfordjournals.org/cgi/content/abstract/22/20/2466 We would be really interested to use the information available in the SFLD to further evaluate/optimize our method. Therefore I would like to ask if the SFLD is available as a database dump. Thank you for your time and help in advance!
