Yes, we have been planning to reorganize the documentation, and that one was used as a test...thus if you try to use the User Guide on our website, the link to ViewDockX is broken.<br>

Instead use the User Guide included in your ChimeraX download (ChimeraX menu: Help… User Guide), and click the ViewDockX link in the resulting index page.<br>

Also, if your docking results are in Maestro (.mae) format, then you will also want to get the ChimeraX Maestro file reader from the Toolshed: <br>
