Hello Reza,
Do you mean you are using ChimeraX?  In that case you’d use the “color" command instead of Chimera’s scolor, currently something like

color #1 map #3 palette 0.6,red:0.7,white:1,blue

Syntax may change slightly later, but that’s the way it is now.  Also bear in mind that model numbers start at 1 in ChimeraX (no #0).
