<div>Hi Elaine,</div>

</div>
<div>What about hideDust? I was trying to resample a selected surface that had hide dust alterations to it. Would this also only be a display setting too then; therefore, I could not hide dust then resample. That is what I am trying to accomplish, but the alteration
does not seem to save.</div>

<div class="PlainText">Hi Ryan,<br>
Changing the isosurface contour level is not changing the map. It’s analogous to opening an atomic structure from the PDB and then changing its coloring…. just a display setting, not an alteration of the underlying data, and these display settings aren’t part
of the formats in which the data are saved.<br>
I hope this helps,<br>
